Healthcare Ministry can begin buying medicines in case of deficit

MOSCOW, Mar 31 (PRIME) -- The Healthcare Ministry can begin acquiring medicines if there is a deficit in Russia, according to a draft order published on the state portal for legal acts late on Wednesday.

The document also envisages that the ministry can redistribute such medicines between Russia’s regions, according to results of the monitoring.
